NOTE: Performance shown is simulated and based on hypothetical simulated backtesting. Please refer to the important information regarding Hypothetical Results and actual performance at the end of this document.
The Hypothetical Results were constructed to reflect a 1.5% management fee, a 20% performance fee, and reinvestment of income. This proforma track record does not include any potential increase in trading costs. We expect the latter to be minimal. Trading costs will be mitigated by ensuring the synthetic short accounts for the UCITS mirror the offshore capabilities. Hypothetical Results are shown for illustration purposes only. Calculations are based on monthly data. Sharpe ratio is calculated using the annualized performance, over the appropriate period, of the Citigroup 3M USD Tbill Index as risk-free rate. Any indices cited herein are provided only as examples. No index is directly comparable to the future performance of the Fund. It should not be assumed that the Fund will invest in any specific securities that comprise any index, nor should it be understood to mean that there is a correlation between the Fund’s returns.
